Pielgrzymka ma charakter modlitwy i pokuty,

obowiązuje więc przykładne zachowanie i odpowiedni strój

Pielgrzymów obowiązuje przestrzeganie regulaminu pielgrzymki

Opłaty za jeden dzień:

            dorośli - 25 dol.

            młodzież ucząca się - 20dol.

            dzieci powyżej 7 lat - 10 dol.

            dzieci do lat 7 - nie płacą

W opłatę wliczone jest: wyżywienie, transport, ubezpieczenie, sanitariaty, pierwsza pomoc lekarska, opłaty za miejsca noclegowe i postojowe, radiofonizacja, napoje zimne itd.

Uwaga: W tym roku nie będzie noclegów w namiotach zbiorowych – Tylko indywidualne.

Osoby ze szczególnymi problemami zdrowotnymi

powinny zgłosić je przy rejestracji.

Dzieci i młodzież idąca bez rodziców, musi podać przy

zapisie nazwisko opiekuna podczas pielgrzymki.  

Jeżeli  ktoś nie może uczestniczyć w pielgrzymce czterodniowej, może dołączyć do pielgrzymki w każdym dniu. Wszyscy, którzy chcą dołączyć do pielgrzymów w pierwszym i w drugim dniu, proszeni są

o dojazd do Great Meadows, NJ, do kościoła św. Piotra i Pawła, 360 Route 46, tel. (908) 637 - 4269, skąd zostaną dowiezieni do grupy pielgrzymkowej. W dniu trzecim i czwartym - osoby które chcą  dołączyć  do pielgrzymów, powinni udać się do Amerykańskiej Częstochowy, Doylestown, Pa gdzie w sobotę o godz. 7.00 rano i 6.00 wieczorem oraz w niedzielę o godz. 7.00 rano, będzie podstawiony samochód z napisem “Pilgrimage”, na parkingu od strony cmentarza weteranów.

R E G U L A M I N   P I E S Z E J   P I E L G R Z Y M K I

1.  Pielgrzymka - są to czterodniowe rekolekcje, które muszą być przeżyte w modlitwie, wzajemnym

      szacunku, życzliwości, braterskiej pomocy i dyscyplinie.

2.  Porządek Pielgrzymki: Krzyż, emblematy Maryjne i Pielgrzymkowe, Pielgrzymi.

3.  Pielgrzymka zostanie podzielona na grupy, należy przestrzegać przynależności do grupy.

4.  Młodzież do 18-tego roku życia powinna przedstawić pisemną zgodę rodziców lub opiekunów na udział  w Pielgrzymce.

5.  Dzieci pozostają pod całkowitą opieką rodziców lub opiekunów.

6.  W miejscach noclegowych obowiązuje rozdział płci, nie dotyczy rodzin.

7.  W miejscach noclegowych obowiązuje cisza nocna pół godziny po wieczornej Mszy świętej do porannej pobudki.

8.  Problemy zdrowotne winny być zgłoszone przy rejestracji.

     Pielgrzym powinien być wyposażony w leki pierwszej potrzeby oraz podstawowe środki opatrunkowe.

9.  Podczas Pielgrzymki bezwzględnie zabrania się palenia papierosów, używania napojów alkoholowych

     i narkotyków.

10.Obowiązuje ubiór stosowny do religijnego charakteru Pielgrzymki. Strój plażowy lub jemu podobny

      jest niedopuszczalny.

11 Pielgrzymce towarzyszą tylko samochody obsługi. Ze względu na bezpieczeństwo nie dopuszcza się

     żadnych innych pojazdów ( dotyczy także postojów i miejsc noclegowych ).

12.Rozbijanie i zwijanie namiotów indywidualnych we własnym zakresie.

13.Miejsca postojów, noclegów i drogi pielgrzymowania Pielgrzymi pozostawiają w czystości i porządku.

14.Filmowanie pielgrzymki tylko po uzyskaniu zgody organizatorów ( bez opłaty).

15.Obowiązuje całkowite podporządkowanie się służbom pielgrzymkowym, respektowanie ich zaleceń

     oraz powyższego regulaminu.

16.Pielgrzymi, którzy nie będą przestrzegać zasad ustanowionych w regulaminie, zostaną wydaleni z

     Pielgrzymki.                                                            

17.Każdy Pielgrzym zobowiązany jest do zachowania wszelkich środków ostrożności, zarówno na tarasie

     jak i na miejscach odpoczynku.

18.Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo zmian podejmowania decyzji w sytuacjach nie przewidzianych  Regulaminem.

Co zabrać na pielgrzymkę :

 materac dmuchany, namiot, śpiwór, dwie pary wygodnego obuwia, sandały - laczki na wieczór, odpowiedni strój na codzienną zmianę (3 zmiany), płaszcz przeciwdeszczowy, odpowiednią ilość skarpet na zmianę (dwie pary na dzień - powinno się zmieniać skarpety w południe każdego dnia), trochę suchego prowiantu, swoje medyczne zapotrzebowanie, puder do nóg, Pismo święte - modlitewnik, dwa - trzy bandaże elastyczne, krem na bóle mięśni, lekarstwo na; poison ivy, oak, owady, ręcznik kąpielowy, przybory higieny osobistej, miskę do mycia (małą), suche i mokre chusteczki higieniczne do odświeżenia się na trasie pielgrzymkowej, cukierki na gardło, nakrycie głowy chroniące przed słońcem, osoby grające na gitarach lub innych instrumentach muzycznych proszeni są o zabranie ich na trasę.

XXII   WALKING   PILGRIMAGE

FROM    S.S. PETER & PAUL  CHURCH, GREAT MEADOWS, NJ

TO

O.L. OF CZESTOCHOWA  SHRINE , DOYLESTOWN, PA

AUGUST   6th  TO  AUGUST  9th , 2009. The  XIX  Walking  Pilgrimage  will  begin on August 10th  at  6 am. For homilies and conferences we will have Fathers Redemptorist. The Franciscan Friars of the Renewal will lead the spiritual program for the English speaking group. The closing event of the Walking Pilgrimage will be the Holy Mass , celebrated  on  August  9th  at  2:00 p.m. at  the  American  Czestochowa  in Doylestown, Pa. If someone cannot spend all four days on the pilgrimage it will be possible to join  the pilgrims on any day of the journey.  On August  7th and 8th , all who want to join the pilgrimage should come over to S.S. Peter & Paul Church in Great Meadows, NJ , from there they will be transported to the pilgrims on the trail. During the third and fourth day all prospective pilgrims should come to the American Czestochowa in Doylestown, Pa, where on Saturday at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and on Sunday at 7 a.m. they will be picked up by a car with a banner reading “Pilgrims  Service “. The car will be parked by the War Veteran Cemetery. Transportation to the above sites and the return home is the responsibility of participants. Cars are not allowed to follow the Pilgrimage, our crew will help to transfer the cars from Great Meadows, NJ  to  the  Shrine in Doylestown , Pa. Pilgrimage has the spirit of penance , prayer and requires appropriate behavior

as well as the  appropriate dress.  Pilgrims  are  asked  to  obey  the  rules  of  the pilgrimage.

ONE  OF THE OLDEST FORMS  OF  PRAYER  ARE  WALKING  PILGRIMAGES  TO THE  VARIOUS  SHINES   OF  EUROPE

HERE IN THE UNITED STATES THIS TRADITION IS RELIVED.

   by creeks, trails or country roads , sometimes with minor physical, inconveniences, but with

   high spirit ...

What   to  take  with  you  for  the   pilgrimage :

The Holy Bible,  prayer book and rosary, tent, camping mattress, sleeping bag ,rain coat,

two  pair of good shoes, appropriate clothing ( 3 sets), several socks (about  2 pair per day), some  dry food, some first aid items such as powder, elastic bandages, muscular pain relief, cream for poison ivy, oak, and bugs, dry and wet tissues ,towel, tooth brush,   small washbowl, personal hygiene items, sore throat lozenges, etc.

            Shorts, short skirts or swimming suites are not allowed.

All  people  who  are playing  gitars  or other musicial  instruments  are  asked  to  take  them for the road.

* For safety reasons everyone has to be registered before starting the pilgrimage.

At  registration time please have ready a card with the following information :

Children and youth registering for the pilgrimage without parents will have to identify someone

making the journey with them as the person responsible for them during the pilgrimage.

Please register for videotaping permits.

The fees are necessary to cover costs of : food, drinks, luggage, transportation , portable toilets, overnight stay site fees, insurance, first medical aid, loud speakers,  etc. . .

R   U   L  E  S

 1.  Pilgrimage  - these are four day retreats  which are lived in prayer, kindness, Brotherly help 

     and discipline.

2.  At the beginning of the pilgrimage will be a Cross, Marian and Pilgrimage Emblems, and 

     Pilgrims will  follow .

3.  The Pilgrimage will be divided into groups - everyone should stay with his or her group.

4.  Teenagers under age 18 years old  should have written parents permission for participation in the

     pilgrimage. If parents are not present on adult guardian must accompaniment the youth.

5.  Children should stay under the care of the parents or guardians.

6.  There should  be silence 30 min after evening Mass until  morning at the campsite.

7.  Pilgrims with health problems should declare them during the registration.

8.  During the pilgrimage it is prohibited to smoke and  use alcohol beverages or drugs .

9.  Dress should be appropriate to the religions character of the Pilgrimage ( beach dress etc. is not      allowed).

10.The Pilgrimage can only be accompanied by the cars of service. For safety issues no other cars 

     will be allowed to follow. ( This also means no cars are  allowed  to stop by the walking pilgrims).

11. Setting up and taking down of individual tents is the individual responsibility.

12. Places of stop (breaks), sleeping and road pilgrims should be left clean.

13. To make a film of the pilgrimage should be discussed with organizers and it is no fee.

14. There should  be total obedience to the service of the pilgrimage , respect for there directions and 

      the above rules.

15. Pilgrims who will not follow  the rules, will be dismissed from the pilgrimage.

16. Each pilgrim is asked to keep all sources of safety on the road as well as at resting places.

17. Organizer has  the right to make decisions in cases not covered by the rules.

From Bronx  to George Washington Bridge to  H - Way 80 W.  ex. 19  to Hackettstown to 1-st light, turn  right on Rt. 46 W. - about 5 miles down  - S.S. Peter and  Paul Church  is on your right.

From Brooklyn  to Holland Tunnel or Verrazano Bridge, to 78 W. , take ex. 17 - Rt. 31 North  to 

Rt.  46 East - S.S. Peter & Peter Church is on your left.

People who have there own tents are required to set them up in the evening and take them down in the morning the following day.  The pilgrimage service people will not be responsible for pitching private  tents or packing them up.

El XIX Peregrinación Caminante, empezará a las 6 de agosto a las 6:00 de la mañana. Durante la Peregrinación nostros tendremos a Obispo Ceslau Stanula - de Brazil. Para homilies y conferencias nosotros tendremosa Padres Redmptorist.Los Franciscan Friars de la Renovación seguirán el programa espiritualpara el grupo que hablar inglés. El fin acontecimiento de la Peregrinación del Caminante va sera la Santa Misa, que se celebrara en el 9 de agosto alas 2:00 de latarde la American Czestochowa en Doylestown, Pa. Si alguien no puede gastar cuatro dias en laperegrinación seránposibles a unir los peregrinos en cualquier dia del viaje. El 6 de agosto y 9, todos que quieren unir la peregrinación debe venire a S. S. Peter & Paul Church en Great Meadows, NJ de alli ellos serán transportados con los peregrnosen la American Czestochowa en Doylestown, Pa, donde el sábado a las 7 a.m. ellos serán recogidos por un coche con una bandera que lee “Pilgrims Service”. El coche estará estacionado en Cementerio de Veteranos de Guerra. El transporte va encima de sitios y el regreso de casa es sera responsabilidad de los participantes. No se permitirá que las coches ligar a la Peregrinación, nuestra tripulación ayudará a transferior los coches de Great Meadows, NJ el Shrine en Doylestown, Pa. Durante la Peregrinación toda información que se necesite puede obtenida llamando: S.S. Personas que sufren de alguna enfermedad cronica o algun problema de salud especial, deben notificarlo en el momento de inscripción.

Los niños y jóvenes que se aprestan a peregrinar sin acompañamiento de los padres, en el momento de inscripción  tienen que presentar los datos personales de los  acompañantes  responsables por ellos.

Las personas  que por diferentes motivos no pueden  peregrinar durante los cuatro dias, pueden incluirse a la Peregrinación cualquier dia. Todos los que desean incluirse a la Peregrinación en el primer o segundo dìa deben llegar a Great Meadows, NJ, a la iglesia parroquial de SS. Pedro y Pablo, 360 Route 46, fono: (908) 637 -4269 y de alli se les llevarà al grupo de los peregrinos. En cambio las personas que quieran agregarse a la Peregrinación en el tercer o cuarto dìa deben llegar directamente a  Czestochowa Americana, Doylestown, PA, donde el dìa sàbado a las 7.00 AM y a las 6.00 PM, como tambièn el Domingo a las 7.00 AM estara esperando un vehiculo de transporte con la inscripción “PILGRIMAGE” en el parqueadero al lado del cementerio de los Veteranos de Guerra.

REGLAS DE LA PEREGRINACIÒN PEDESTRE

 de Great Meadows, NJ, a  Czestochowa  Americana, PA.

1.      Peregrinación – cuatro días de ejercicios espirituales caminando – tienen que ser vividos en recogimiento, oración, mutuo respeto, benevolencia, ayuda fraterna y disciplina.

2.      El orden de la Peregrinación – La Cruz procesional, emblemas (estandartes) marianos, emblemas de la Peregrinación, y los peregrinos.

3.      La Peregrinación será dividida por grupos. Hay que atenerse a la pertenencia del grupo asignado.

4.      Los jóvenes menores de 18 de edad, tienen que presentar en el momento de inscripción el permiso escrito para participación en la Peregrinación firmado por los padres o tutores legales.

5.      Los niños quedan siempre bajo la custodia de los padres o tutores legales.

6.      En los lugares de alojamiento no se permite dormitorios mixtos (coeducativos), salvo los padres con los hijos.

7.      En los sitios de descanso nocturno  rige el silencio nocturno pasada la media hora después de la  Misa de noche hasta el momento de despertar matutino.

8.      Cualquier problema de salud debe ser notificado en el momento de la inscripción. Cada peregrino debe llevar los medicamentos que usualmente toma, como también  remedios curativos básicos.

9.      Durante la peregrinación esta terminantemente prohibido fumar cigarrillos, tomar bebidas alcohólicas o usar drogas.

10.  Es obligatoria la vestimenta digna, apropiada al carácter religioso de la Peregrinación. Es inadmisible el vestuario playero o similar.

11.  A la Peregrinación acompañan sólo los vehículos de servicio asignados por la gerencia. Por motivos de seguridad no se admite  otros vehículos  en el camino, como tampoco en las paradas de los descansos o los sitios de alojamiento.

12.  Las tiendas de campaña (las carpas) arman y desarman los peregrinos por cuenta propia.

13.  Los lugares de paradas para el descanso, los sitios de alojamiento  y  el mismo camino por donde pasa la Peregrinación, los peregrinos están obligados de dejar limpios y en debido orden.

14.  Las filmaciones de la Peregrniciòn se puede realizar sólo con el permiso de los organizadores (sin costo).

15.  Cada peregrino esta obligado a respetar las normas de seguridad personal y grupal, tanto mientras se camina, como en los lugares de descansos.

16.  Es obligatoria total subordinación a los servicios de la Peregrinación, respeto a sus sugerencias u ordenes, como también  cabal cumplimiento de las reglas antes mencionadas.

17.  Los peregrinos que infrinjan las normas antes indicadas o cualquier otra que atente contra la moral cristiana y buenas costumbres de sentido común, será obligado a abandonar la Peregrinación y regresar a su domicilio.

18.  Los organizadores se reservan el derecho de realizar cambios o modificaciones en las situaciones imprevistas en las presentes reglas.

Qué hay que llevar para la Peregrinación?: colchón neumático, tienda de campaña, saco de dormir, dos pares de calzado cómodo, zapatillas (chancletas) para la noche, tres mudadas de ropa, abrigo impermeable, suficiente cantidad de calcetines (medias) – se recomienda dos pares por día, un poco de alimentos enlatados, medicamentos personales, talco par los pies, unas tres vendas elásticas, crema para los dolores musculares, repelente contra los zancudos u otros insectos, un par de toallas de baño, utensilios de higiene personal, una pequeña jofaina, pañuelos higiénicos húmedos y secos, caramelos para refrescar la garganta, una gorra o sombrero para protegerse del sol, instrumentos musicales, Biblia, libro de oración, libro de cantos, rosario, además  cuatro maletas de paciencia, cuatro maletas del buen humor, cuatro maletas de solidaridad, y cuatro maletas de Amor.
